electrical contact problem

When I put my lights on in either parking light mode or full lamp mode.... my left hand turn signal blinks quickly....as if a bulb is out...

...but no bulbs are out.... it blinks normal when the lights are not turned on...

I know in the scheme of things this isn't very big.... just asking...

tonight, I will remove the bulbs and sand the contacts....come to think of it I will spring for a couple of new bulbs...

So does the turn signal bulb actually flash (albeit rapidly) when the lights are turned on?

Also, is this a new problem or has it done this since you've owned the vehicle?

Try new bulbs first.

first time it has happened with the bulbs actually flashing...i was sure when i got out of the car today..one bulb would have been burned out...

apparently the left front park bulb was causing the issue...it was possibly not making correct contact... as I tried to pull off the housing...it started blinking correctly...I just buttoned everything back up...

I suspect it will happen again...I will have to pull the bulb out and check the contact the next time it happens....
