Hey guys - My 97' y33 JDM cima has stopped working in the electric steering wheel tilt ... but the periscope/telescope function still works fine.
Would this be on a seperate fuse? Other than that one of my factory fog lights keep blowing on me :( would this possibly be a bad earth somwhere? thanks.

Since you have a y33 the United States Domestic Market service manual may not completely apply to your car but look though it and see if anything helps: Nicoclub.com/FSM
