I was looking at the failsafe system by NissanFanatic and I got an idea.
He used a Hobbs switch to cut spark at a set pressure.
I was thinking that it might also be possible to wire a Hobbs switch to an actuator that would controll the swing arm. This could be used alone or in conjunction with the standard actuator to reduce boost creep and as a failsafe.
Before anyone responds with fears of failure, let me say that electronic devices are typically much more reliable than mechanical ones as they have less moving parts. Plus you could still cut spark as a backup.
