Electric Ground Points?

I'm getting my hid's tomorrow and my wiring harness for my bi xenon require a + and - on one side, so i'm going to wire those to the battery. and on the other end there is another - so i need to find a ground point relatively near the headlight.
i'm pretty sure this is a ground point but wanted to check. And wanted to know if there are any others? When it comes to electrical i'm always extremely worried because my friend shorted his ECU.
this is on the drivers side headlight close to the air box.

the pic was at night, but i want to wire this up tomorrow right when the hid's come in so let me know if you need any better pictures.

Yes, that apears to be a body ground.

-Same location according to the 1999 FSM section EL pages 320/321. This body ground is noted as "E-13" in the "Engine Room Harness" diagram on page 320.

^^ Thanks!! i searched the forum, and looked through the FSM but in the wrong place. I'll be sure to take another look.
