Electric fan wiring

I have searched for this and the pics you attached in the previous topics no longer werk so heres my question:

I have a 95 240sx with a 93 SR20 and need to know how to wire my 14" Permacool fan properly. Its currently wired to my blower motor fuse which is not the best way but a temporary fix until i hear your werds of wisdom.

Run a lead off of the battery to a relay, use either a switch, constant power source (ignition), or an aftermarket thermoswitch to activate the relay.

Use heavy gauge wiring.

yes relay=tres importantif you dont use a relay you could burn stuff all up.
