i am running a eletric fan only, and for a while it has been on all the time. I want to change that so it only turns on when it needs to. I need to know what the signal wire is from the computer or from the temp sensor. Does anyone know the minimum volts you need to trigger a reley?

follow the instructions that came with your controller. That will tell you which wire to tap. The relay, you just set the trigger to the controller and the other side of the relay you hook up to the power for the fan.

Typical automotive relays require about 12V and anywhere from 100-200 mA to turn on.

http://www.frsport.com/greddy-....html there's a pretty good writeup there on how to setup your dual flexalite fans to run with the multi switching system.
