Electric fan wiring, please help

I have a 95 240sx with a redtop SR20. I have a 14" Permacool fan that is currently wired kinda shady as a quick fix, i ran the wire to the fuel pump fuse. NismoFreak posted a diagram of wiring it to the radiator fan relay and splicing into the fuel pump relay. If someone could just break down how to wire it correctly i would really appreciate it.

buy an electric fan thermostat from summit... should have instructions.
