electric fan thermo switch??

to anyone who has added an electric fan, what sort of switching mechanism do you use??

i've seen the probes you push into the radiator, but i dont want to use that. i'm looking for other ideas/options.

Hey man, its your lucky day. I bought one for JCWhitney that you're supposed to shove into the radiator, but I shoved it into the upper rad. hose instead. Works great! and it was only $20. Looks kinda ugly, but it gets the job done.
