I was browsing EBAY and found this guy who strips Mustangs and other various cars. He has several of these Electric fans forsale for $25. I think they would work very well in the 240.

Here's the link.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...80132

If the junkyard has one. Plus these motors are tested. Oh, I forgot to emntion the lazyness factor...lol. I used to be really motivated to browse junkyards...but I've grown lazy with age.

I wonder how much air it moves. I have a fan already, but it is only 16", said to be good for some serious flow though. We will see if I overheat, huh?

I bought it from Advance, when I was working there, it is just a universal electric fan. I don't remember what the brand was, but it came in a white and yellow box.

I had a junkyard electric fan on my car. Good size, moved a lot of air but for some reason the car always overheated. Plus, I think the fan burned up my alternator and I never could get it to run at the right time despite having a thermostat switch and making constant adjustments.

I put the stock fan back on & never had a problem. I'm now convinced that electric fans are nothing but trouble and are pointless. Better of using the juice to run some monster stereo amps.
