Looking into doing an electric fan conversion on my 04 Frontier with a 2.4 and was wondering if anyone had major success in power and fuel mileage gain. I haven't seen that anyone has done it and also don't see any year-make-model specific kits for this particular truck. Any advice/information would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome aboard, Grizz!

I've watched the whole "clutch-fan-to-electric-fan-conversion" thing for 30 years... it's never better. Period. Unless you need space for a larger radiator, the HP gain is miniscule (remember, it increases load on your alternator, so it's not as simple as "no more load."

E-fans can fail, and there's no real warning. A belt snaps and you'll know it. :)
