electric fan conversion and manual locking hubs

i've been thinking about converting my belt driven fan to an electric one in my 03 pathy, i was looking for some info on how its done from those of you who have already made this mod, andwhere i can get an electric fan and how much they usually cost. and when i left my pathy i plan on doing alot of wheelin, and id like to convert my front hubs to manual locking, i want to know how much that will set me bak $$$ wise, where i can get the hubs and how much of a pain in the balls it will be. thanks
