How much can you change the boost without having to change any of the information in your ecu? I couldn't find anything set in stone just a bunch of hear say. I'm thinking of going with this http://www.dawesdevices.com/powerpack.html could I change boost from 7psi to 14psi.

There is no number. But it is important to note that boost will increase dynamic compression much more than an increase in static compression. And this is true regardless of flow. So a T28 at 8psi, will have the same dynamic compression (on the same engine) as a GT40 at 8psi. It depends on ambient conditions. I guess the most basic answer is that you will run 0 psi on a stock tune. So, you will need to tune for what you need. Also, this is just the same as the Turbo XS Dual MBC.

You don't have to change any information in your ECU to turn the boost up. That is only if you max out your current fuel system, need to adjust ignition timing, or run a larger MAFS.
