elec problems

im new to the board, and new to the 240 world for that matter. i just bought a 240 from a junkyard here in little rock arkansas. its been so hard to find a coupe here i had to jump on this one. its really not that bad off. the owner of the junkyard told me the car runs but i cant seem to get elec. power to half of the fuse busses. in the picture below i can only get power to the right side of the bus. ive check fuses and not to sure on how to check the relays. ive jumpered the fuses with a test lead so i know that my dash and ac blower will work but i seem to have no fire on that side. any advice would be much needed. thanks guys and looking foward to my stay. -ed:help
