Simple answer: If it did, they wouldn't have two different part number or sets for the 2.5 and 3.5

3.5 is heavier than the 2.5, that changes how eibach designed their springs to compress for each model. so technically, they will fit, but they won't work properly

no, because the 3.5 kit on stillen is cheaper then the 2.5s. shouldnt it be the other way around?

They might be overstocked on springs for the 3.5 and trying to move them.

The 3.5 has a different "sport-tuned" suspension than the 2.5 on top of being heavier than the 2.5. Lots of difference between the two cars - justifying different applications.
