Hi, guys I'm new to the forum and tried to do as much research as I could prior to asking this question but still couldn't find the answer.

I have a 2008 2.5s and it is on stock wheels and tires I haven't decided what wheels I want yet but I know I will be getting them soon. While I am debating I figured I would go ahead and get it lowered while I'm contimplating the wheels. Anyways I know I want the eibach pro kit form what I have read from you guys but my question is what else do i need? Do i need the camber kits I've read about? Struts? Or will I be fine just ordering the eibach pro kit. Also on ebay I found it for $229 is this a good price. Thanks in advance. I will post pics soon.

Heres the link on ebay. I want to make sure these are the right ones.

Your OEM struts may not last as long with the springs. You're going to get pretty split responses on this. I had similar concerns and still haven't pulled the trigger on a drop.

I'm just assuming going with 19" wheels and tires that I will still need a drop. Also I am researching wheels and tires. I found wheelnext.com where I can get some good looking wheels and tire packages for 19" and 20" for only like $1200 do you think I'll find a lot cheaper and if so where?

That is a cheap price for a new set, but that doesn't always make it a good deal. Cheap rims and tires are usually just that, cheap. As far as pics, there are definitely some floating around, but you shouldn't deviate much from the stock tire overall diameter anyway. With this in mind, the fender gap on larger, aftermarket rims without a drop is going to be pretty close to what it is stock. To really get the most out of your rims aesthetically, you're going to want a drop.

Use the calculator to make sure your wheels and tires match stock so the speedo isn't off:

you shouldn't need a camber kit with a drop. you will want to get a re-allignment though after the drop to get as square as you can.

if you're looking for a good quality wheel without breaking the bank, look around for used. i've found some great deals on nice wheels for a fraction of the retail price.

here's a pic of my car with 19's without a drop. my drop is coming in a few weeks from racingline.

I've had my Eibachs for about 3 months now and no camber kit needed. I had an alignment 3 weeks after install. So far it has been great.

+1 No camber kit needed, i've had my eibach springs for about 6 months now no issues. Just be sure to get an alignment done a few days after you drop it, else your tires will wear unevenly.

P.S bought mine used, by used their were only on the car for 1k miles so close to new.

Ok, so this is a bit off topic now about the drop but I'm getting really excited I think I found the wheels I love. I need yall's opinion they are xxr 521 20x10.5 in the rear and 20x8.5 in the front. All flat gunmetal. I have a super black 08 altima coupe. Will the gunmetal look good on it? Or should I go flat black?

Also whats the pros and cons on going staggered like I mentioned? Can I go staggered? Thanks for all the help.

These are the others I'm considering. I'm still a bit confused about the offset and knowing if these 3 different wheels would fit.

woo 20x10.5 lets see it.

Our cars are FWD so we get more power to front wheels. I'll stagger on my next setup but it's notfunctional. I don't think it will hurt anything unless you're hardcore racing but I'm not very sure. I don't race so I don't care about negative side effects of wider in rear

you can definitely go staggered, there's plenty of members who have a staggered setup including myself. gunmetal looks really nice on super black cars, the pic i posted earlier of my car is with 19" gunmetal rims.

20x10.5 is a really aggressive setup for our cars, the wheels will most likely poke out the fenders and you'll have some rubbing issues. i've got 19x8.5 +30 on the rears and they're nearly flush with the fenders. if you read up some info in the tires/wheels section it should give you a good idea of what will and will not fit.

Here's the gunmetal 521s on a black G35, gives you an idea of what your A/C will look like.

Wow!! Thanks. That looks awesome. I think thats exactly what I want. What size do you think those wheels and tires are? Also is that g35 dropped?

On his post @ G35DRIVER he says he's running 245/35 front and 275/30 rear and he's dropped on Tein H-Techs. I'm pretty sure they're 20s, not sure about width.

Here's the thread: http://g35driver.com/forums/g35-coupe-v ... d-lip.html

He posts on page 6 with his setup.

May not necessarily rub or even poke, depending on offsets, camber, tire size, and drop.

those wheels he posted are 30 offset, so i would think with his eibach drop and such wide wheels, and he's not wanting to camber since he's asking everyone if he needs a camber kit to fix any potential camber, they're going to both poke out and rub.
