No. But you'll blow your shocks out in a jiffy.

toooo much compression leads to wear n tear. How low you lookin to go? Real low I'd go with CO's, you can use sportlines but like what skydragoness said your shocks will wear faster. Prokit not low enough for you?

How long did it take for the sportlines to kill the shocks?

Back when I had them on my first S13 (waaay back when Sportlines were one of the few springs available in the US) they blew my front shocks in *exactly* one year. And that's w/ swerving around potholes and going slow over traintracks and all that (i do that regardless anyway).

The problem w/ Sportlines (besides the fact they lower waaaay too much) is the fact they are progessively rated springs. They are constantly adjusting and changing and w/ a 2.2" drop it's just murder to the shocks unless your'e running them at maximum stiffness (which is going to suck unless your'e on a track) Linear springs are much much better and more predictable IMO.

To the OP: KYB states lowering more than 1.5" on their AGX's will shorten the life of the shocks and will void the warranty.

Be smart and take a look thru the Suspension FAQ and check out the springs in there. I recommend Suspension Techniques (lowers 1.3' and are linear) or RSR's Race springs.

If you look in there, there should be a statement that KYB sent to ExarKun regarding their warranty and ride-height. We have these FAQS for a reason, use 'em!
