hey whats up everyone? was just curious about my situation.. i have a 1990 240sx.. and currently its got 79,xxx original miles on the entire car.. since it has low mileage would i be alright if i just got springs? or should i get new struts too? its 1.7" drop in the front and 1.4" drop in the rear.. ive got 17x7 rims right now.. what do you guys recommend?

actually Sportsline are 2.2 in the front and 2.1 in rear. and about your struts it would probably depend on how hard you drive it. I personally am running GR2's with stock springs and it drives great but im am getting some sportsline for $80 used.

i mean aftermarket springs + stock struts= death for struts. and you can find some used KYB GR2's or any aftermarket struts for $100 or in that area. it would be worth the extra money anyways

yeah i was thinking about getting used struts.. theres a guy on here thats selling these springs with tockiko struts for 180 + shipping but theres a little rust in some areas.. i duno i just prefer to get brand new lol cost more money though

I know exactly what you mean. You can get things ALOT cheaper used but it would just depend on how much wear and tear is on it. Look around on Ebay and Craigslist. You can find some amazing deals.
