What shocks/struts would everyone recommend for a 1995 240SX with the Eibach ProKit?

I'm going with the ProKit because it lowers the car the least amount, which will allow me to get over the curbs here in MI, as well as the lame speed bumps at my school. lol

I'm going for a street/daily-driver set up, not an autocross or hardcore set up, just a more attractive stance and improved handling. Based on what I've read, the two most common choices seem to be the Koni Yellows and the KYB AGX's. I've heard and read that the AGX's don't do well in the rear, so I'm at a loss as to what I should do.

Any recommendations or first-hand experience would be appreciated.

Koni's are best, pricey but very good. AGX's are cheaper but still pretty good. Between the two, Koni's are better flat out but are expensive. Budget allowing, I'd recommend the Koni's, otherwise if you're strapped for cash but don't want to buy garbage, get the AGX's.

I have Koni's and they are awesome. They are a PITA to install, but totally worth it. They also have Lifetime Waranty as long as you have the receipt and still the owner of the car.

I have Pro-kits also, and they are pretty decent. Track wise, you should use linear spring rates rather than progressive spring rates. AGX's are pretty good if your car is going to be a daily driver and their adjustablity for all the struts is pretty easy to do. For the Koni's, the rear can only be adjusted when they are off the car.

Hope this helps, and search for installation for Koni's if you choose to get them. The AGX's are a simple bolt on bolt off thing.

By the way, replace your strut nuts while you are at it, and if your upper strut mounts are tearing, I suggest replacing those as well.
