Save yourself some money and just rent a spring compressor and have a friend help you do it.

It cost 50 bucks to rent from Autozone and 4 hours later (first time installing them) and they were in, I am in Lake Forest, if you want to pay for my gas out there I can help you putting them in! Very Easy to do, just time consuming.
