If you get lowering springs, get compatible aftermarket shocks/struts too and have them installed at the same time. Lowering springs have spring rates that are to aggressive for stock struts/shocks and will cause them to blow out prematurely and typically make a car have a bouncing affect too. You may also want to consider a quality set of coilovers rather than lowering springs/struts as an alternative too. Coilovers will enable you to manually adjust your ride height within a certain range allowing you to tweak your stance to better accommodate aftermarket wheels and adjust ride quality.pakistani wrote:Hey guys, does anyone have a clear shots from the side of their car showing the wheel gap with the eibach pro kit and stock 18" wheels?
i went through about 12 pages of the search and nothing turned up. found shots of people with 19s and 17s but 18s were strangely missing.
also, a bit of an aside, but is there anything i should plan on upgrading after i install eibach springs? lots of people were saying that you should be prepared to upgrade struts/shocks too, but how soon are we taking?
