Eibach Pro Kit Springs Broke Off...just the front

A few days ago, every time I go over a bump I hear Metal-to-Metal contact. I got suggestions that it may be this/that, I was surprised to see Bruno show me the lower piece of my Eibach Pro Kit Springs broken off.

I was told to contact Eibach since they are life warranty, the representative told to send them a Picture and Details. I sent it this morning, so hopefully it all works out. TBH, it's a 5 year old car and even though I know I'm keeping for life since dealerships are only giving my $8k for it I don't want to spend $1,000+ on Coilvers.

This is the second set, my last coupe was also dropped with Pro Kit and never had any issues. I put about 180k/km and traded her in.
