this is my first post here and already i am sorry b/c I know this topic has been beaten to death. But in all of my searches of this forum I have not found the exact answer to my question. to make a long story short(as possible), I just got my pro kit and had it installed and noticed that my rear tires were leaning inward quite a bit. now maybe this is the "slight negative camber" that i have read people say that they are fine with, but it looks a little much to me. being that this is the first car i have ever lowered maybe I'm overreacting. i am having an alignment done tomorrow and i was just curious , because i dont have any pics to show you how bad it is on my coupe, does anyone have any pics from the rear of the car to show exactly how much, if any, lean is acceptable? close-ups of rear tire and wheel-well? thanks a lot, and i would just like to point out that all of you have a lot of useful info about my new pride and joy, so keep up the good work.

First welcome to nico.

second, I have the eibach kit and my wheels are perfectly flat. What we need is some pics of your wheels and exactly what you are talking about. Also wheel and tire sizes would be helpful. Get us that and I am sure someone can answer your question.

after the alignment today i will take some pics. as for wheel/tire size, they are the stock 3.5 17" wheels on stock rubber.

well, the shop i took the car to for the alignment said that the rear would need a camber kit to be right. As I have read, and researched, no such kit exists. Stillen, who i bought the kit from, says that a camber kit is "in production" . i am just now concerned that the springs were installed incorrectly and am taking the car somewhere else for a second opinion. is it safe to drive the car with a negative camber on the rear tires, or does it just look bad and i will just have to deal with it? i will have pics as soon as i pic the car up in about an hour.

your springs where defenetly installed wrong. I had my springs on my stock wheels for a day and they where perfectly flat. I would take the car back and have them re do the springs.

all fixed. i took it to a friend who works for nissan,(didnt realize he worked at the one that i bought the car from), and we are still not quite sure what was wrong but all he did was remove both back tires to check the installation and when he put them back on they were perfect. Weird.

Anyway, thanks for the input Infantry.

Next week i am having the stillen front fascia and rockers installed so i will post some pics then.
