for my Canadian friend, Mcheddadi Cost to install $120. They charged me another $15 bucks cuz they found a nail in one of the tire and they balanced it.

i just drove it for like a couple miles then had my friend drive it so i can see how it looks. It was smooth going around curvy roads, perhaps the road was good there. I will be going home soon so I'll find out how the ride is on the rough freeway soon enough

Hey guys, I just got off the phone with Johnny and told him I'd piggy **Disclaimer**It was dusk when I took these, and I took them from my camera phone which does NOT have a flash, so the pics didn't come out like I had hoped..however, I did a bit of photoshopping just to adjust the brightness so that you can get a better idea of where my tires stop... also, the green arrows point to where the tires stop, it's kinda hard to tell that due to the black background.. I'll take better pictures this weekend!

As far as driving, you can definately feel a difference in regards to decreased body roll on cornering, decreased squat on acceleration, and decreased nose dive during braking!

****THERE IS NO WHEEL RUB AT ALL***** no wheel rub when going over bumps, dips, fast highway drivcing, curbs, or inclines! The stock struts/shocks are hlding up great, but remember, this is just day one, they will continue to settle over the next few weeks...I'll have an updated report then!

Oh yeah, got em installed for $160 cash from a reputable performance shop here in San Diego!

well I guess no one with a 3.5SE will have problems after all.Johnny's 245/40/19 with +38 has no probs and your 245/35/20 with +35 offset makes it too. Yours are sticking out further than stock by 25mm and they don't rub! Thats insane!

I am heartbroken, Doc, while I was on the fone with you, Loop took my car for a spin around the parking lot. I noticed the front wheels were being pushed back toward the back. So when he's finished I said i'd show him what i meant. So i got on and drove around the lot, I was going kinda fast, making a left turn looking back to see if he was there and i guess the pillar was blocking my view and i didn't pay much attention. Then i heard my car bounced I was like did my tire pop or something. I got out of the car and OMG, my baby just shattered. I ran into the freaking handicap sign and knocked it down, it ripped thru my front bumper, trashed my headlights, foglights, ripped thru the weathering shield underneath, scratched my tires. It was horrible. Looks like someone took a chain saw and just cut thru the front. HOw could I have been so unattentive. Now insurance gonna go thru the roof. I already had an at fault accident that is clearing up in June. It is just so depressing because I do take care of this car. I was just cleaning up the oil from the hood minutes before and it's me that ripped my baby up. Just heart wrenching to see it sitting there.

sorry to hear/read about your car johnny.. although your damage is worse, i ran into a situation like that as well, where i couldnt avoid a "orange construction cone" that was knocked off the back of a pickup truck..cracked my bumper

Man I felt so bad for Johnny when that happened, I wished I never came. I hope everything goes well with your insurance. On a positive note you can get the Stillen Fascia that I mentioned to you. Once again, I am terribly sorry that happened.

This is good news that there is no rubbing after the drop except for Johnny_d's mishap. It's bad enought when someone else does something to your car but when that someone is you, That right there just sucks!

I'm gonna get it estimated today, it's not gonna be cheap. Does anyone know how much the front bumper cost? I know it's 300 for the rear one. Does Stillen wanna sponsor me a front bumper?

dont even get me started on them... i didnt want them to begin with... but they were already on the car (i got mine bc a custom order backed out)... what a rip... $495 they charged me for them... Ill gladly part out my front bumper if people are interested... id already have the stillen one but the shipping cost makes my stomach turn... 150 on a 450 part... too steep! Anyone wanna carry it to NY for me? Maybe the Doc can bring it on the plane with him when he comes to the auto show!

here's the heart wrenching picture

a reputable place quoted me 5000 or more if they find more damage inside. Another place quoted 1700 w/o replacing the fender. Imma have to think about this cuz i might jsut bite the bullet and pay it out of pocket

if it was not my fault, i'd definitely buy the Stillen bumper but now it's gonna end up costing me a lot i can't do that. I still have a wedding to pay for in June and we were hoping to buy a house after that. Does anyone have a job wrecking cars I can take up as a part time job or something?

damn!!! just like a horror movie. Sorry to hear that man. I definitely know how heartbreaking it was for you. I had been through many times with my new altima as well. the first time my 19" wheel got damaged, I couldn't eat or sleep for a few days.
