im a RWD so i shouldn't c y these cam bolts wont work fine on my car.....how much could my camber be off from stock spec? on coiloversrgb129 wrote:homeblue90 wrote:

Camber +/-2.50. Can u please post picks of the camber kit u had installed....plus a member gave me a number to a guy on this forum that makes
them....i called, left a message and never got a call back...
Trust me when say the are wrong. There are no cam bolts for the AWD. The AWD has an axle to clear and thus there is a fork (honda like) that mounts to the spindle and the spindle is VERY different from the non-AWD.
Notice the fork there for the front axle...there is no place for camber adjustment there...you have to use the upper control arm to adjust the camber on the AWD. No way around it. All I did is buy grade 10.9 bolts (overkill, I know) and had a machine shop mill 1mm off for the length of the mount. The "kit" is not visible to take a pic of. If you look at the pic above, you'll see the upper control arm...the bolts allow play in the control arm to adjust the camber.
As far as Chris not calling you back, that is unusual, but not out of the question...I will talk to him about that.

There is no such thing as camber bolts.homeblue90 wrote:got my eibach cam bolt....now where r these bolts go to adjust the camber....note: these the the lower bolts not the upper control arm bolts....

Nothing at all....returning them back to eibachDoN_BLaZe34 wrote:so what became of the eibach camber bolts you bought??
rgb129 wrote:You shouldn't need the rear. I was able to get mine adjusted to -0.8 and I am dropped lower than you are.
The bolts can be ordered from Chris at Precision Motoring. They are a NICO sponsor and active in the Nissan world. His number is 615-750-3892. I believe he is selling them for $150 for a set shipped.
Did you even try them? Like I said, using the cam bolts as a way to adjust is not the best place to do it. Either upper control arm bolts like what I did or an adjustable upper control arm like you ended up buying is the only way to effectively get the adjustment you need.homeblue90 wrote:Nothing at all....returning them back to eibachDoN_BLaZe34 wrote:so what became of the eibach camber bolts you bought??

Just realized after I looked at the number that these guys are right down the road from me. I have actually called Chris before and asked if they do UPREV dyno tunes! ha
This is not true...I have them on the front.terrycs wrote:

as above, this is not true...I have them installed.terrycs wrote: The front camber can only be adjusted using new upper control arms.

I am up for it. Fairly open on the weekends. Car is currently stock as I just purchased it, however next weekend I will be putting on 15/15mm wheel spacers and eibach springs.rgb129 wrote: I live on the same street! We need to meet up sometime. Yeah, I have talked to him about getting UPRev...they need more people for him to justify the cost that UPRev wants for shops. I am going to get it and tune it myself. I have tuned plenty of GM cars and a friend and I are building a SR20det s13 track car and will need to be able to tune. So I will be talking to UPRev soon...
