I got Eibach's last week at Adolph's dealer supply. They had ONE set on their shelves!!!!!!!!! I literally called 20-30 places and what finally panned out was when I called Eibach, the rep gave me the most recent shops taht ordered the Pro Kit's 6371's. I called the first three, and Adolph's happened to have them on their shelves. I guess I was REAL lucky. They cost $223.00 shipped!!!!! Good luck everybody

No kit needed. Pro kit's do not require them. I need some warranty work done on the suspenson of my car, so I am not going to install the springs until after that is done. So the dealer does not have an excuse to not warranty the repair. I suggest you call Eibach and have them tell you which dealers have actually purchased the 6371's recently, then call the shop directly. It's a long shot, but WORKED FOR ME!

for the proper functioning of the steering rack's tierods needs to be paralle to the ground . thats with the stock hight. so when you are lowering car an inch your tierods will go up an inch. thats not right functioning streering. thats when bumpsreer kit comes in. i dont know why it is called that way. but if you call any performance shop they will help you to understand my broken english better for you.i hope i explained it right.later.

There are many websites that show the 6371 Eibach's on their site, but they have to actually ORDER them through Eibach, which no longer carries them anymore. You have to find a dealer that has them on their shelves physically. Make sure they say 6371. Good Luck

I had Eibach Pro Kit's on my 97 Supra TT w/ KYB shocks. No bumpersteer kit, camber kit, or any other kit needed. The car aligned fine, and drove fine for 150,000 miles. No problems.

You did well.

Eibach drop may not be enough to cause a problem like the JDM belly scrapers.

i think i am using bumpsteers kit as you are using eibach kit for the same thing.all i know that when car lowered it mess up the steering rack so tierods need ajdjuastment. tierods needs to be parallel to the ground to work right.

Bumpsteer is just what it sounds like, when you hit a bump the car tends to want to change direction somewhat. Basically adjusting the "raised toe", which is what the alignment machine calls it, I believe it centers the tie rod to a middle point that will reduce this change to a minimum. Tie rods, inner and outer, are just like your driveshafts on a non solid axle. They flex to keep the connection instead of being on solid piece. In extreme conditions like slamming the car on bags there would be a need to somewhat change the angle the tie rods are sitting. But lowering the car will not keep them from doing what they do.

Naw Naw, let me pull you from the fire before these Y34 guys get to you. They only have it for the newer M's, not the 2003-2004. I called and gave him the part number of 6371.140 and he said, "No" , but good looking out man

tie rods are designed to move up and down with ur suspension. your car lowers and raises all the time as it moves down the street. if tie rods had to be parallel to the ground all the time than any time u would go over a hump in the road going around a turn ur steering would get messed up. he may effect his camber...but im assuming he'll end up with 1" drop around...so its very minimal. m45 suspension has stock camber adjustments on them so all he really needs to do is at most get an alignment after.

I just received my eibach pro kit 6371.140 today. I got it from import replacement parts.com for $254.61. They did'nt have it in stock they ordered the kit from eibach if you call eibach they may tell you they don't make them anymore but ask them to check the warehouse. Good luck!

sweet!! get'em while they are hot!

bishop1,

good looking out my friend and Audi was correct, many people have ask the same thing from Eibach, but to no avail. It sounds like the good folks at Eibach need to get up and go do some real foot work through that warehouse of theirs.
