EGT placement

So I will not be useing the WG port on my maifold asper my other thread. So If I tap and die the block off plate for the WG port and put my EGT there is there a issue with that like exust gas flow to the turbo or any reason why i shouldn't put my EGT right there.

Negative on the WG placement for your EGT sensor. You want that sensor as close as possible to an exhaust valve. Now what exhaust runner should you place it in? I would pick #3 or #4, those typically are problem cylinders for the KA.
