my car wont pass emisssions without a EGR Valve so im tryig to find one! anyone have one for sale or know how i can pass emissions without it?

How are you running with the EGR valve removed? Just out of curiosity why was it removed? Also what about the other parts like the BPT valve the solenoids and the exhaust return tube?

im not sure! i bought the mototr that way off a buddy of mine who some how removed it and yet it runs fine except for the failing emissions. its only the Nox that are high every thing else pass's with flying colors

Ahall, way too many people run w/o egr, its entirely possible. EGR is only used to lower combustion temps w/ inert gas..

you can do alot to make your car pass emiss without an egr valve, but if they do a visual inspection your going to fail without one. as far as lowering your nox, warm the car up well like on the freeway, use low octaine -no ethenol gas, clean the maf, check the timing and maybe retard it a bit. if you have an aftermarket fpr you can raise the pressure a bit to try to richen up the mix. you may want to try a fuel system cleaner too. o and check that o2 sensor.
