Nissan has a specific block off bolt for that hole. I have two of them; one for that bung that goes to the egr, and one for the bottom bung that goes to the AIV. Otherwise just block them off with any bolt you can screw in. You will still have the egr pipe hanging there and you should block that off too unless you remove it with the EGR valve that is behind the intake manifold.

Plugged and EGR removed:

Bottom bung that leads to AIV (hard to see):

you will have to either plug the tube or block off the egr or you will have a vac leak i made my own block off plate b/c i got new headers and had the same problem as u but if you need i will take a pic of it it took me like 15 mins with a drill press a grinder and a small piece of aluminum about a 1/4 inch thick but to fix it for now try to plug the tube itself for now it wont be hot any more so u mite try a piece of heater hose over the tube hose clamped with a bolt clamped on the other end for now
