I've replaced the cracked 90degree hose on the egr valve. Then I just replaced the egr valve over the weekend. The light came back on this morning. I'm gonna run by the autoparts store to get in scan again to see what codes its throwing. What else have I missed? All the other hoses have checked out fine. could it be the upper egr valve or the egr sensor? I'm about to sell it as it is. I'm getting tired of messing with it. oh yeah, it's a '96 with a ka24

ok just got it scanned. showing the same codes PO400 and PO325. anyone have any ideas?
