egr valve? how to replace or fix

does the thorttle body have to be removed to fix or replace the egr, can the egr be cleaned? its a very tight squeez

no it doesn't but it is a tight squeeze down there. your going to have to file or cut off one of the the bolt knubs, the right one im pretty sure, in order to remove the nut and the whole EGR guide tube.

if you threw a egr flow code, its prob going to be crammed with gunk. good way to clean it is w/ a TB cleaner, and like a long skinny wire brush of some sort.
