Hi everyone! I just bought my first 240sx, but it came with a bum EGR valve which i need to smog the vehicle. Long story short i got a new EGR and now i'm stuck because the old metal line that goes between the EGR and the BPT is stuck in the old EGR. I've tried soaking it in carb cleaner, PB plaster, and acetone. I've even tried putting the whole damn thing in a clamp and yanking on it with a pair of locking pliers. I can't think of any other ways of removing it. Any suggestions?

A couple different things you can try is (can't remember the name of it) this stuff that's for rust penetration on the front of it that says rust that is circled with a cross through it. Found that its better than pb blaster and you can find it at csk, or autozone. (mine was a very small packet that came with some calipers for the bolts).
The other thing you can try is using a torch and heat up the manifold and when its pretty hot take some skateboard or snowboard wax and melt it into the threads. The threads will absorb the wax and should bust free.

Solved it! just took soaking in a bucket of PB blaster for half a day. Thanks for the input though!
