Can someone tell me the proper way to check the egr temp sensor?

I've seen it posted here, but I can't find it. If I remember correctly, the volts should be 1.5, but I'm not sure the exact way to check it using a meter.

Also, anyone ever have a problem with their bpt valve? I think mine is bad, but I've never seen anyone talk about it.

Any insight would appreciated. Thanks

Disconnect it an measure the resistance. There are values in the FSM for various temps.
