If you have a method to remove crank case pressure then you can remove all that stuff. Just make sure you are venting the pressure. I suggest a vaccum pump that feeds into a resovoir/seperator.

I know those things are a pain to cap off, especially if the plug/cap crumbles or pops off. It's almost impossible to get another one back on. I removed all hoses so there were only the steel nipples sticking out of the aluminum intake. I then bent/squashed them, and then welded a bead across them. Works great! Or you can drill them out, tap the holes, and then screw plugs in them. My $.02 before I head back to work.

crank case pressure, like the pcv valve??? if it is vented to atmosphere would that be fine?I hooked it up but there is a kink in the line and I am not too sure
