EGR Removal Question

I did a search and came up with nothing. I looked at the write up awhile back but now the pics r broken. I removed all the lines and the car wont idle at all it will die. What V. lines need to be plugged and what needs to stay connected. I know the fuel pressure regulator needs to stay connected to something but i dont know exactly where. The Air idle plug needs to be plugged? where is that at? pics would greatly appreciated or a link to a write up that has working pics, thanks
