EGR Removal please help....

Hello everyone, I am new to the threads and i have look all over to find out what to remove for my emissions. I have a ka24de and i all ready have the egr blocked, I am in the middle of doing a full build and wanted to remove all the emissions all so. Dose anyone have any links or a thread with pics and good diagrams that i can use to remove my emissions? I just want to make sure it is done right no matter what.

Well there's a thread of mines that has pretty good info just search for "help me before it snows" in 240 gen. At the end I only have four vaccim lines left.

Thanks man yeah this kinda helps out i am more unsure about doing it then anything. I just don't want to pull more then i should. since I am in the starting stage of doing a fully built ka24de I want to make sure its clean and done right. but the headers i have won't except the egr so maybe i will leave everything and just remover the egr and not worry about anything else but to cap a few hoses.

if you really want it clean..you can remove the EGR, IACV, and all those freakin heater hoses from under the intake manifold..that makes it look super clean!..i have some pics on the teams myspace of this done...hope they help.

yup s13rb25 has a thread and i do as well. its not hard at all. just gotta think and focus on the problem at hand. use the pics in his thread to help. we took them ourselves. look at mine. to see what yours should look like when youre done.
