EGR Removal on KA24E

I was wondering if the egr removal on a KA24E was the same as in fiznat's write-up on the KA24DE? if so ill just do it like the write-up, but if not i was wondeirng what has to be takin off and what is supose to stay. and i was also wondering about all the people that say it throws the egr code (32) what would i do to get around that if it was to happen? thanks
