If you run a tuned ecu, you can program it for no EGR (According to JWT). Also, you should be able to do the same for N/A. The only time you will get an error code is if a sensor is outputting readings which are well out of the normal range (IE no vacuum lines leading to EGR solenoid). Although, most of the time on S13s you wont get a code just because the computer diagnostics are pretty dumb.

before I switched to the aem I had absoluetly nothing in the engine bay, every single emissions piece is gone and it never once threw a code. fortunately our ecu's are pretty dumb this was on a '93 btw.
