egr?? inspection??

my sr motor has had all egr components removed. due to my other car dying i have to attempt to make this car street legal. is there anyway my car will pass with inspection?? i have a legit hi flow cat on the car (not test pipe).

Nope, not a chance. You'll need to replace the EGR system for starters, and some years also came with an AIR (air injection reactor) pump that fed air into the factory cat, to assist in burning off extra fuel, which you'll also need, which means if your model year had it and your hi-flow cat doesn't have a tube poking out of it, you'll need to replace that too.

new jersey. its an 89 shell, i believe my sr is a 92. u know what the kind of expenses would go along with all of that?
