Hi,

I just bought a 90 240sx and while going through the vacume tubes to check for leaks I found the hose to the top of the EGR is unplugged!!

I cannot find where it is suposed to plug in for vacume?

this would also explain why my idle is up I must have a tube with no hose on it but I cannot find it... ( I hope the pre owner didn't re-wrount everything)

It is suppose to go to your BPT. Thing that looks almost like your EGR.
