alrite so im eliminating the EGR on my 240. What exactly on the inatke side needs to be removed? I don't want to pull a vaccuum hose that is important. Help me out guys!

The EGR valve itself, cap the vacuum line, and install a blockoff plate. (As far as the intake side is concerned)

How will you pass Nox emission test and why give up the 2-3% mileage improvement EGR provides............doesn't effect power since egr is shut off at WOT and idle.
