I have a 92 Hardbody with a ka24e, and am looking for a how-to on deleting the EGR. I punched EGR delete into the search, and tried a couple other searches. Does anyone know is there a how-to for this on our forum?

I am not aware of an EGR Delete on the forum. However, You can probably make it work just by removing the vacuum hoses to the egr valve and vacuum transducer, mounted on the intake manifold. If you put a rubber vacuum line cap over the hose ports for the hoses removed, the EGR valve will not open. Unfortunately, Your truck might reward you with a check engine light and poor fuel economy as well as more power.
