egr delete kit yay or nay?

hey guys im pretty sure my egr is leaking from the plenum would it be a good idea to get an egr delete kit?

If you are in a state that doesn't not require emissions testing the yes def do the egr delete!

Even if you were, where it is located, most, and I mean most, of the idiots will have zero clue where to look. If that cats are healthy, meow, then you will be just fine on passing most states emission testing. California, well everything known to that state causes cancer, your screwed.

Yeah I probably wouldn't live in Cali just for that reason. I passed emissions inspection in NJ without my EGR, so you should be fine.

Im pretty sure that Indiana doesn't give emissions inspections. so im good

Even if they did, the EGR valve only opens under certain conditions (which probably won't occur during the test):
