EGR delete KA24DE

The car is a 1990 240sx with a 91's KA24DE swapped into it. I bought the car with the engine swapped, not running. A miss placed ground was preventing the starting, but then it had a miss.I replaced that thing on the back of the enine near the firewall where 3 vaccum lines come together, and it didn't miss as bad.The previous owner did what looks like they started to delete the EGR, but all they did was take off the piping from the exhaust manifold. I talked to someone who told me that there is something on the intake mani side, and he said that it could be causing my miss if it isn't blocked off.

Can anyone tell me how to complete the EGR delete?
