ok, so I just got the EGR out of my "99 I30, but now I have 1 coolant hose that connects to the EGR that I can't find where it connects to. The one closest to me I took the hose off both ends (must have been in my way) IF anyone has a diagram of the underhood in that area, that would be helpful. Or even if someon can direct me in this matter. thanks

I'm pretty sure the only coolant hoses in the way would be the two that go to the heater core (on the fire wall).

I think the EGR valve hose connects to the EGR-BPT valve (which actuates the EGR valve). Then a metal tube takes the exhaust gas to the back of the plenum (between engine and firewall)

I am pretty sure there are no antifreeze or air coolant hoses to the EGR valve.
