EGR code 32 - what's going on?

Does anyone have an idea on what's going on. My CEL will come on sometimes after running for about 5 minutes and then cutoff and not go on for about another 2 weeks. I just checked the code today and its 32? What could be the problem, and how can I fix?

Check engine code 32 is EGR... I know this because I replaced all the hoses about a month ago. Check the hose going from the bottom of the BPT valve (the circular valve bolted to the air collector) to another metal tube, on mine that hose got clogged with a chunk of carbon. Also check the other two smaller hoses around there, they might have gotten ripped also.
