Well I decided that I would remove the EGR and PCV. I tapped out the individual PCV hoses and filled them with plugs (in case I ever changed my mind I could easily go back)

Throttle body's taking a bath

Old parts that wont be used again

I also added a catch can, well its actually a oil separator for a air compressor but it fits and looks stock. I hope it ends up working as good as it looks. It also came with mounting bracket that lined up and mounted to existing holes shared with the MAP sensor, perfectly. A hose will run from the PCV around the IM though the can then through a check valve to a vacuum source on the IM.

I added an oil cooler that uses a sandwich plate between the block and oil filter. The oil lines run under the oil pan along with the turbo oil feed line which is tapped off the oil pressure switch. The oil cooler radiator fit perfectly between the radiator and A/C condenser. I tried to take pictures but it fit pretty snug, hard to even notice its there.

I'll take more pics when its all put back together.
