egine tuning issue

Hey guys, I have been purchasing a lot of parts for my engine for quite some time now to get it a few more steps closer to a reliable and fast street/track car. I just wanted to know expert opinion on how much the SR20det will make with the bolt-on's and ECU Tune. What are other better options? I appreciate your replies in advance.


1998 SR20DET Blacktop from 180SX/ pulsar turbo- G25-550, power FC ECU, BOSCH 1000C Injectors, twin 40mm screamer plumbed back, walbro 460 fuel pump, spit fire coil packs,6 boost ex manifold, built head with 270 cams and adjustable cam gears, boost controller.

I was hoping it would make about 400hp but ones it was tuned but only made 370hp, the tuner was also saying it should make 400hp as well it didn't he said it could possibly be because of the 40 Celsius heat and i would like to know what else it could be.
