I think the fuel pump relay is the green relay in the middle. If starter turns over engine, ignition is supplying 12v. Id switch around the 10 amp fuses so that fuel pump has different fuse.
If you have a multimeter, 2 of the egi relay terminals should get continuous 12v while key is "on" postion. One other terminal has to be ground . The ground comes from the computer which is what controls when the fuel pump is on. In other words, the computer controls the fuel pump by supplying ground when it wants fuel pump on.
Anyway, i would guess that one of the wires is loose at the relay.
