I have no power at the kickpanel . Its labeled EGI fuse 7.5amp

I tried tracing the wires etc..all seems good.

I have a new CAS, bypassed PTU,

I do not have any voltage at the coil harness, it is a non start situations. It does crank

Have you traced the circuit back to the source? Have you tried pulling the fuse block off and confirming there is no damage to the contact surfaces on the back side? Generally the EGI along with a lot of other fuses would receive power from the main fuse box under the hood, not sure which relay circuit in that box it is but you can find out by using the FSM (link in my sig).
