EGI Fuse "buzzing"

After turning the key off, the EGI relay buzzes for approximately 3 seconds. I think this is also causing my car to "diesel" after shutting off. I'm thinking a wire is not properly ground and causing power to feedback to the relay.

Any ideas?

I redid all my grounds. Cleaned them all up and swapped a known good relay in and its still happening.

Any ideas?
